My role is centered on owning the Uber customer experience as well as customer support structure for DACH. This includes managing the overall operations, footprint strategy, channel strategy, content strategy, automation, compliance as well as implementing scaled operational processes and tooling. The role combines all these facets as well as managing stakeholder relationships across the broader business (e.g. classic marketing, operations, vendor management, legal, communications). The MSc Marketing program was the ideal program to become comfortable working in an international environment with an array of cross-functional stakeholders under high pressure. What I find most useful in my day-to-day, is the critical thinking as well as the analytical approach I learned through the master’s program.
