The MSc Marketing program provided me with solid analytical frameworks and data-driven marketing tools in the context of real-life case studies sponsored by local and international partners.
My role at cyan entails working with clients in the telco, financial and insurance sector, seeking to understand the particular needs of their business and end-customers in order to design a successful go-to-market strategy for their digital services. The hands-on approach of the program helped me expand my expertise in marketing topics that today play an essential role in my job, including customer value management, monetization, and digital marketing. Moreover, being part of a very international cohort gave me confidence to develop the cultural fluency I need to thrive in a workplace that becomes increasingly diverse.
