Good news for fall: “WU matters. WU talks.” is back!

The spring 2020 lockdown not only affected teaching at WU but also our WU matters. WU talks. series. In this series of weekly events, we discuss the key topics of our time and exchange ideas and thoughts on how to best tackle these issues. During the last few months, however, it has unfortunately not been possible to hold such face-to-face events.

This fall, our series of talks, lectures, and discussions will be back, again putting the spotlight on many of the most interesting and socially relevant topics of the day, from the effects of low-interest policies on property purchases to the research behind the Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences and the issue of how fake news can damage companies’ reputations.

What’s new this semester is that all “WU matters. WU talks.” events will also be streamed live on YouTube. This means that you can participate in our discussions wherever you are, no matter if you want come to Ceremonial Hall 1 on Campus WU and attend in person or not.
