Jennifer-Marieclaire Sturlese, BAWISO International Business Administration major/currently a lecturer at WU

“This major not only brought me an academic degree, but it also shaped my personality, my way of thinking, and a very special period of my life.”

The Bachelor’s Program in Business, Economics and Social Sciences and the International Business Administration major allowed me to focus on what is important to me: several languages (French and English), international experience (intercultural skills), and even a specialization in business information systems – in this way, I was able to create a unique profile that reflects my personality 100% and sets me apart from competitors in the job market.

Completing a semester abroad as part of your studies is something I’d highly recommend to anyone who wants to broaden their horizons but is also looking for a thoroughly organized structure that avoids any delays in academic progress or gaps in the content learned.

During my semester abroad, I was able to make valuable international contacts that I maintained up until my doctoral studies. Interdisciplinarity and diversity are the hallmarks of this major, and I’ll always be proud of it. Without my bachelor’s, I wouldn’t be where I am today.
