The WU Library is getting off to an energetic start this semester! To help you get the most out of your study time, we\u2019ve introduced the following improvements: <\/em><\/p>\n

Build your ideal study group: modular tables in the Central Library<\/h3>\n

In groups of two, three, six \u2013 or rather alone? The new modular five-sided tables in the Central Library can be pushed together, pulled apart, and combined freely to suit the size of your study group. We provide the tables and some suggested group seating plans, you just need to bring your friends and fellow students!<\/p>\n

Power up your library experience with our charging station for phones and tablets<\/h3>\n

Reading up on literature research strategies on Fit4Research<\/a> but your tablet is starting to run out of battery? Found the perfect article to include in your thesis in a database<\/a> and now your Vorschau (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)<\/span><\/a>smartphone is dying on you? Time for a break!<\/p>\n

You can leave your cell phone or tablet to recharge at the new charging station while you go and get yourself a cup of coffee. Every locker is equipped with 4 charging cables (Apple Lightning, Apple 30-pin, Micro-USB, USB-C) and a USB adapter cable.<\/p>\n

    There\u2019s always room for one more\u2026 or is there? The new occupancy tracker<\/h3>\n

    How many spaces are currently available in the Central Library and the Library for Law? How crowded are they likely to be later in the day? Effective immediately, you can use our new occupancy tracker to check online from home or on your cell phone how many people are currently using the libraries.<\/p>\n

    How: <\/strong>The light-colored bars indicate predicted occupancy, while the dark-colored ones show current user numbers.<\/p>\n
